Biggest MLB Trades

The trade deadline has passed and all the moves have been made, Most notably Shohei Ohtani reamains with the Angels.  Some teams have added superstars and major role players while others have keep their lineups the same.  The Biggest MLB Trade being the Texas Ranges acquired ace pitcher Max Scherzer from the Mets. 

In addition to the Scherzer trade the Mets traded another all-star pitcher Justin Verlander is returning to the Houston Astros who will surely make another World Series run. And as mentioned above the Angels decided to keep their two-way phenom Shohei Ohtani at the deadline, and then they showed their commitment to buying around Ohtani by acquiring White Sox starter Lucas Giolito.

And the Dodgers added pitcher Lance Lynn, along with Joe Kelly, Amed Rosario, Kiké Hernández and others.

The Mets did pretty well to get a highly rated prospect from the Rangers in Luisangel Acuna, although they had to pay down $35 million of Scherzer’s remaining contract.
